Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to arrival date a deposit fee of $50 CA per room per night will be waived. If cancellation is made less than 2 days prior to arrival date, or there is a no show, full payment will be charged on the arrival date. However, Oak Haven will make every effort to rebook a room and if successful will waive the fees minus a small administration charge.

There is a two night minimum stay at our bed and breakfast inn required if Saturday is included between May and November. Sometimes there is one night availability during these times depending on the pattern of bookings so please call or email to make sure.
Credit Cards are required to hold the rooms for any bookings. Payment in full is due on arrival either by cash, traveller's cheques or credit card if more convenient.
